How often should I replace the grass?
Every 2–4 weeks depending on climate and usage. Rinse the grass every 2–3 days to maximise life.
Do you sell grass refills?
Not yet. You can buy turf from local suppliers like Bunnings or Flower Power (often from about $7). We’ll add refills to our store soon.
What drainage options do you offer?
We have three models so you can choose what fits your space:
Pull-Out Tray – slide, empty, rinse.
Tap – twist to drain; no lifting.
Valve & Hose – direct to a drain or garden (flex hose included).

What size is available at launch?
One versatile size: 120 × 60 cm, suitable for most breeds. Additional sizes may follow based on demand.
Where do you deliver?
We’re delivering to Sydney and surrounds now, with Australia-wide delivery coming soon.
Does it arrive assembled?
Currently, units are delivered assembled. A flat-pack (DIY) option is in development to reduce shipping cost and speed up national delivery.
How do I clean it?
Remove solids daily. Rinse the grass and let liquids drain via your chosen model (tray, tap, or hose). This helps reduce odours and keeps the surface fresher.
What’s the warranty?
A 12-month warranty covers manufacturing faults in the frame and drainage components. It doesn’t cover misuse or normal wear and tear.
What materials do you use?
Frames are crafted from Australian timber (outdoor-ready). Real grass surface at launch; hoseable synthetic patches are coming soon.
Can I request custom options?
Yes. We offer Perimeter splash guards, Caster kit, and Name plates, and we’re open to custom requests to suit your space.
